Any accidental injury or death to be reported to the NIC office immediately

  • Original Medical Bills and Medical Report
  • Police Report (in the event of theft)
  • Baggage Irregularity Report from Airline
  • Copies of Air Ticket/Boarding Pass
  • Copies of correspondence exchanged between Airlines/Carrier and yourself on the cause of delay, etc
