Notify or report to NIC immediately or by the next working day of the incident
Step 2 - Download
Download the motor claim form or collect one from any of our NIC offices
Step 3 - Documents
Prepare a copy of the relevant supporting documents needed for the motor claim submission
Step 4 - Report
Report to the nearest police station (if involved in a Non-MCG motorcar accident)

Checklist
- Photos of the accident and the scene of the accident
- Ensure the motor claim form is completed and signed by Insured and/or Driver
- Ensure that a copy of the relevant supporting documents are provided:
- Registration book or Blue-card
- IC and Driving License (driver and/or owner)
- Police 22 and Police 252 (if involved in a Non-MCG motorcar accident)
