NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY BERHAD ORGANIZED TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES

18 November 2017 - National Insurance Company Berhad (NICB) recently organized a training entitled, “Delivering World-Class Customer Service” for all its employees. The training was conducted by a trainer from Kuala Lumpur and held at the Indera Samudra Hall, The Empire Hotel and Country Club.

The General Manager, Klaus Tomalla, highlighted the importance of their company’s vision and presented the company’s achievements for the year, prior to the start of the training.

The training was organised by the company, as part of the learning and development initiatives for their employees.
