Kindly follow the following procedures when making a claim :-

  • Report to the nearest police station
  • If vehicle can be driven, drive to the nearest authorized workshop (Araco)
  • Otherwise call tow truck at tel. no: 8774033, 8718977, 8177777 (for KB users)
  • Where third party bodily injury is involved, contact¬†us immediately
  • Download the claim form or collect one from any of our offices
  • Report to us and please bring all the relevant documents to our office
